HOW TO GET ON A LIST:

Families usually send and email transfer to cavapoosofontario@hotmail.com for their deposit to get on the list. You are required to send us a paragraph about yourself and your family including names and ages of children, occupations, previous pets, hobbies, etc. This is in lieu of an application. After we have received this, we will email you to confirm that you are approved. At this point, you can go ahead and send us your deposit with an email stating "I  have read the price list tab from top to bottom and agree with the terms of this agreement." 

The payment schedule is $500 to get on the waitlist. This is a non-refundable deposit. Once puppies are born and we move you to a specific litter, you top up your payment so it equals 1/3 of the cost of the pup. The first 1/3 is a consulting fee that goes towards the purchase price of the puppy. It is a consulting fee that is non-refundable.  The second 1/3 is due at 6 weeks when the puppy is chosen and the remaining 1/3 plus hst at 8 weeks when the puppy goes home. Once again, the deposit/consulting fee is not refundable. Once confirmed on a specific litter you cannot switch litters; if you choose to switch litters or timing isn't right for you, then all deposits are forfeited.  While on our waitlist, you can stay on a hold list for 2 years or until I no longer breed dogs, whichever comes first. At that point, all deposits are forfeited. Once the puppies are born you will know how many boys and girls we have. 

The breeder always has first pick of any and every litter to further the breeding program if they so choose to do at any time. The breeder has the right to change studs without notice as she/he sees fit to improve the breeding program. A change will always be to better the breeding program or if the said male is not able to breed for some reason. No refunds are ever given in this case.  If the dog does not become pregnant, the same pair will be bred again in the next heat. Deposits will remain in the order that they were received in. The deposit is returned, less the deposit non refundable, if the dog does not become pregnant, or if a deposit has been given and there are not enough puppies in the litter to accommodate. The first $500 plus remaining 1/3 is never returned and pays for our time answering all of your phone calls, emails and having you over for visitations, etc,  Once again, the deposit/consulting fee is entirely non-refundable.

THE PUPPIES ARE SOLD ON A STRICT NON-BREEDING/SPAY-NEUTER CONTRACT. THIS WILL BE SIGNED BEFORE THE PUPPY GOES HOME! IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A PUPPY WITH BREEDING RIGHTS, EMAIL YOUR INTENTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN SPAY/NEUTER BY 6 MONTHS, THEN DO NOT DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY.
